Day 9: Rest Day

We have cycled just over 800km (around 500 miles) in the last 8 days. We need to be cycling an average of 100km a day to finish this cycle in 2 months so it looks like we're off to a good start. Most of our rest day was spent on Ryan's farm planning the week ahead. I managed to make a few calls home. The next few days will be spent leaving New York state and entering Pennsylvania and Ohio.
