Day 49: Lake Point, UT - Wendover, UT

Time: 7:26:19
Distance: 152.57km
Average Speed: 20.4km/h

We hit the road shortly after 9 and cycled for nearly 2 hours without seeing a shop. Eventually we got to a petrol station where a sign said "Next services 66 Miles". We stocked up on food and water and continued the journey. Today we covered our longest distance of the trip cycling all day through the Utah Salt Flats. Along the way we passed the Bonneville Speedway, an area of the Bonneville Salt Flats near Wendover, Utah, that is used for land speed records. We stayed in Wendover which is a Casino town near the Nevada border.
